Pawleys' Pearl is a top floor unit. It is quiet and peaceful, and the perfect sanctuary for when you want to disconnect and recharge from the excitement the area offers. This unit has been completely repainted from ceiling to floor; and boasts new LED light fixtures and ceiling fans throughout. All windows have been fitted with new plantation shutters. The vaulted ceiling ensures a feeling of spaciousness. The family room TV is a new 55” LG Smart TV, wall mounted on a full motion mount. The kitchen has been updated with all new Samsung® stainless steel appliances, all new small appliances including an air fryer, as well as new cookware, utensils and beach themed dinnerware. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for preparing a quick, intimate brunch, to a multi-course family meal. Small Keurig as well as regular coffee maker in unit.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed with a new Saatva® luxury mattress, an LG 42 inch smart HD TV with a full motion wall mount. A private screened porch is accessible from master bedroom. The Master Bath has been upgraded with a new glass shower door, new towel rods, vanity fixture and LED lighting. The large walk-in closet is located off the Master Bathroom. The second bedroom features a quality King bed and Samsung® 32” TV. The twin bedroom has two twin luxury mattresses, and a pack-n-play. It has a 32” Samsung TV with a full motion wall mount. The guest bathroom has a tub with shower, with new curtain and towel rods, as well as new light and vanity fixtures. The laundry closet with full size washer and dryer is located in the Guest Bathroom behind bi-fold doors.
The private screened porch boasts a new cushioned swing, ceiling fan, electric grill, and all-weather rug. While located, on the fairway, your privacy is assured by a natural area with a variety of trees and shrubs. The porch may be accessed by either the family room or master bedroom.
The True Blue Golf Course is located on a former rice and indigo planation. Its’ rolling terrain and native vegetation make it one of the most spectacular settings in golf. Golf magazine ranked True Blue as one of the top 100 courses to play in 2014. It has also been ranked among the top 25 in the South by Golf Digest.
True Blue also boasts the Steve Dresser Golf Academy, and is one of America’s most awarded golf schools. Golf Magazine has listed it among the top 25 schools in the nation.
True Blue features 4 pools and hot tubs, tennis, dining and super 5 minutes to the beach. Guests also have access to Huntington Beach State park pass during their stay as an added bonus!

From the undersized sheets, the uncomfortable living room furniture, the rusty knives, the low toilet and a washer that we never figured out what was wrong, I would NOT recommend this place. I think Tide Life employees should spend a week there.

My family and I spent a week in Pawley's Island and really enjoyed the condo! It was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could ask for! It was a beautiful location right on the golf course and we could walk to the swimming pool. We really loved it!

Brief and to the point: the condo was wonderful. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable.
All of the people I encountered at the True Blue Office were genuinely nice and helpful.
One minor drawback for us was not having a pool in our group of condos. However, not far to the others so our teenage boys didn't really mind the walk.
All in all - I definitely recommend True Blue and this condo.

Expectations were totally realized. Location of unit was nice and quiet. Supermarkt, shops and beaches all within a few minutes drive. Unit, large and airy, is exactly as depicted in the photos. Balcony with swing and rocking chairs was super. Manager was quick to help with a small issue. We hope to return here very soon.

The home was very well decorated and in good condition. However when we arrive the floors were dirty with hair, dust and dirt. I had to sweep and mop all floors so our feet wouldn't stick to the them. I called and left housekeeping a message and never heard from them. We had to book and pay for an entire week and were only there Sunday-Friday so they had plenty of time to clean. Should get some sort of refund for having to clean when we arrived. We definitely left it in cleaner then we found it. Pools were beautiful but hot tubs needed water.

We just got back from our stay at this condo in Pawleys Island. Tidelife was a pleasure to book through. The condo is very close to restaurants and grocery stores. We found it comfortable for the week we were there. I was able to cook meals with everything provided without issue. Upon arriving, the refrigerator was a bit dirty inside so we did a quick wipe down before unloading groceries. We only used 2 out of the 3 bedrooms (the master and the queen bedrooms) and found them comfortable. Unfortunately the pools were closed the entire time we were there due to an insurance issue as stated on the sign left on the locked gate. This was disappointing since I specifically booked this condo for the pool if we needed a break from the beach. With covid though, I was understanding. Just a bit disappointed I wasn’t aware ahead of time. This condo is a short drive to the closest beach access but unfortunately there is such limited parking at the beach that it was impossible to get a spot so we had to drive to Huntington Beach every day. This is about 10 or so minutes from the condo. I did find the hoa a bit picky. We just got back from the beach and were in the process of bringing our children Inside and our beach bag and cooler up to the door and had someone telling us to move our things. I was going through our beach bag to see what needed to be washed and what could be cleaned and put back in the trunk of my car. Nothing was left unattended. I didn’t appreciate that at all. We are extremely clean people so I felt that was unnecessary seeing as though I was still clearly unpacking and sorting our beach things. Our beach chairs were wet from the beach so each day I would have to leave them by my car to dry in the parking lot and put them in my trunk an hour later. Overall the condo was clean and comfortable but based on location (we will rent within walking distance to the beach next year) and our experience with the hoa, I will not be returning to this particul

Unfortunately due to COVID, things are changing on a daily basis and some of those changes are out of our control. We are not aware of any communities that are allowing pool access in the area at this time. If a pool is something you solely booked for, one would assume that would be something you would ask upon booking, due to the current pandemic circumstance. We provide Huntington Beach State Park passes at no extra cost to our guests and this saves you from dealing with pesky parking and also saves you the cost of $25.00 to enter. You have access to a huge beach, a playground, outdoor showers and bathrooms, hiking trails, Atalaya Castle and much more, all at no cost to you. The True Blue HOA does have certain regulations and restrictions and though we may not agree with them all, we have to abide by them. Hopefully next year we can get you in something closer to the beach and you will be able to enjoy your stay a little more!

This was our second time staying in the beautiful Pawley's Pearl condo. We love it! Convenient location, pretty view and beautiful and clean interior. The staff at Tidelife is also wonderful and easy to work with! Our only complaint this time is that NONE of the sheets in the condo actually fit the bed! I think they did just get new mattresses so it makes sense that the old sheets do not fit. HOWEVER, the bottom fitted sheets popped off the mattresses on all of the beds every single night which really negativelt affected all of our sleep. Getting lots of good sleep is super important while on vacation so this was fairly disappointing and annoying for us all. I hope they will remedy this issue soon for anyone else staying. Overall, we highly recommend Tidelife Vacation Rentals and Pawley's Pearl.

We just spent 4 blissful days. This was our second stay at Pawley's Pearl, and we were every bit as happy as when we stayed last year. It is by far our favorite vacation rental we've ever stayed at. It is exactly as shown; impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and super comfortable. It has everything needed for a cozy, relaxing vacation. The beds are very comfortable, and they give you plenty of towels. It's close to many stores, restaurants, and attractions. If we needed anything, we could just go right down the road to Publix, which is very convenient. My family loves the pass for Huntington Beach State Park, as it's one of our favorite beaches. The kids liked walking the causeway and seeing birds and alligators just as much as playing on the beach. We also visited Brookgreen Gardens, and spent a day in Georgetown. If you're staying at Pawley's Pearl and have kids, I'd recommend the Litchfield Fish House. The food is good and the kids get a pirate themed treat and love playing on the pirate ship playset they have. Tidelife has great customer service, as we found on this trip. The day we checked in, we found that two of our TVs weren't working, so I called. They immediately came out to check. Though they graciously offered to move us, we chose to stay, because we love Pawley's Pearl that much. They got us another TV which was much appreciated. They were so good to us. Our family enjoyed having plenty of space for 5, including kids ages 17, 17, and 11. The property was beautiful and peaceful and well maintained. We used the state park passes a couple of days, drove to Charleston one day, and visited Pawleys beach a couple of days.

My wife and I were looking for a place to take our kids (13, 11, and 8) for a long weekend while they were in spring break. We could not have found a better place. Reasonably priced. Very clean and well furnished. We all had space to relax and decompress!
Very convenient to area attractions and the beach. Comes with access to pools and Huntington Beach State Park.
Everyone wants to go for the whole week next year!

It was the first time I have used Tidelife, they were extremely helpful. My family has stayed at True Blue for the past 17 years and this condo was my all time favorite!!! If I could afford to purchase a condo I would decorate exactly the same. The owner provided everything you could possibly want or need on vacation. I forgot to sign the guest book but I will next trip because I will surely stay again.

Loved the place! Very comfortable, decorated beautifully and very clean and updated. We went to 2 of the 4 pools and were able to walk to one of them from the condo even with a 2 and 6 yr old with us. We had to drive to the beach which was about 5-10 min once we found parking. We also went to the beach at the state park, there they had bathrooms and a concession stand so that was nice. We ate at The Rustic Table and let the kids paint pottery right next door, owner was very nice and great with the kids. We also ate at Qiqley's and Moe's BBQ, all great. We would definitely stay here again. Wish they allowed golf carts, considering it is a golf community.

Pawleys Pearl was exactly that a pearl! Everything was as was very clean, which was important to us traveling with our 19 month old grand daughter. If this gives you any idea, she (the 19 month old) ran from room to room clapping her hands and saying "Nice"! We loved the location, the screened in porch and the privacy. We will definitely be back!
We had a very good time visiting Pawleys Island for the first time. Our unit provided adequate room. We appreciated the extras! Checking in and out was fast and easy.
