We Decided last minute that we needed to get away for the weekend. When we reached out to tight live we were greeted by a very sweet and caring Karma!
She was so easy to work with. Very professional, and accommodating. The condo we stayed in Heron Marsh 62 did not disappoint! It was beautiful, very well taken care of and stocked with all of our needs. It also had a very nice location in the community. We will definitely be back here again and hope to get the same condo. Thank you Tidelife this is the second time you have cater to her needs and we will definitely use you in the future.

We stayed at this property for 1 week. We liked it very much. It is close to everything we needed and I particularly liked that is is a gated community. My wife and I wanted a quiet get away and this provided this for us. It's more challenging during covid, but we felt very comfortable. We plan to visit again in January.

Love Litchfield by the Sea and this is a great condo to rent. Very close to the access point to the beach and recently remodeled. Very clean with trendy look, love coming to this unit.

Wonderful vacation

Very excited to spend my birthday weekend in our unit in Litchfield by the sea. Heron Marsh 62 was close to the beach access and we walked to the beach every day. Unit was perfect size for our party! We worked on a puzzle in the evening and enjoyed making breakfast and lunch in the kitchen. We will be back!

Weve stayed in a variety of rentals, but this one is the cleanest place ever. Whoever does the cleaning is more OCD than I am, which I never thought possible. The quality of the furnishings, kitchen supplies, etc. were top-notch. You can tell the property is well cared for. The property management office staff was friendly and helpful and made that whole check-in/out easy and informative, like we had met new friends! The area around the property was active and family friendly, and it was just a short walk to the beautiful beach. We will definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay at Heron Marsh 62. The place was roomy, clean, had an up-to-date kitchen and felt like an owner's place vs. a rental. Would stay again for sure.

Great vacation rental accommodations , unit is nicely decorated & in like new condition . Litchfield is a great place for biking/ walking/tennis , even pickle ball on one of the tennis courts . Also within walking distance to some local restaurants / pubs. Only a 2-minute walk to the beach from the condo. would recommend to a friend .

Our stay at 62 Heron Marsh condo was great , easy to find & close to everything we needed . The beach is only (2-min) walk from the condo & easily accessible . Tennis courts were (5-min) walk away also . We brought bicycles & drove all over the area , no hills here , just flat & paved . the condo is very well upgraded just as the pics show online . Would definitely recommend to any one wanting to stay in the area . Dealing with Tidelife Vacations is easy . Many thanks to Suzanne & Marie for all there help.

We had a fabulous time at the Heron Marsh 62! Beautifully decorated and quite a relaxing place just a short walk from the beach. Will definitely stay here again!

We were returning from a wedding and decided to stay here for a couple days and visit relatives and get some rare "family time" with our grown daughter. Wow, were we glad we found this place! The grounds reminded me of the gated communities of Hilton Head. My daughter enjoyed her own bedroom and bath with huge walk in shower upstairs, we enjoyed our king master and bath downstairs. Really nice kitchen, dining area, living room area with big flat screen, washer/dryer, and attached sheltered parking. I am an early riser and I could enjoy my coffee and catch up on email (great wifi) on the nice back deck. Then I could take the 3 to 4 minute walk to the beach and have an invigorating walk next to the waves. My daughter enjoyed her beach time and my wife and I enjoyed playing a couple of the many golf courses located very close by. Dozens of great restaurants within a couple miles. After our stay was coming to an end and our daughter left to return home, we were enjoying ourselves so much we changed our plans to stop by Pinehurst on the way home and stayed here a couple more days. The staff at Tidelife couldn't have been more accommodating and made it easy to extend our visit. I really liked the gated community (and they are serious about restricting access, no just "waving everyone in" like in some places we have visited). This is in a residential area, and the neighbors we met were year round residents and were very welcoming and helpful. This is NOT the beer pong, weekend Harley crowd you associate with Myrtle Beach. This is a classy, quiet shoreside area with kids on bikes and families strolling the grounds. If you are looking for a relaxing family beach experience away from the usual circus and traffic of some beach destinations, this is the place. We will be back.

We had a great townhome unit and wonderful experience with Tidelife vacation rentals. We were able to get a last minute weekend rental 3 days in advance and could not have been more pleased. Great location... Easy check-in.
