Come sit on the PORCH and enjoy the widespread views of the ocean from the large screened in porch. Or throw a couple lines off the private creek dock just steps from the front porch. This home is one of our favorites and ready for you to claim your summer week now! New paint inside and out, new screen porches on both ocean and creek side. The home offers four bedrooms and two baths with a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee pot and Keurig, open dining and living area, A/C, rocking chairs, outside shower, covered parking, bed swing on the front screened in creek side porch, and cable TV in all bedrooms. Bedding accommodations include three queens and two sets of twin bunks. This super house on the south end of Pawleys is sure to become an all time favorite so don't wait to book your week today!

We loved the Porch. It had everything we needed. We stayed the week after hurricane Ian, so I was afraid there might be damage to the house, but there was not. I contacted Tidelife a couple of times with questions and they answered promptly. We enjoyed near by Brookgreen Gardens, Captain Rod's boat tour, and eating at several wonderful restaurants in Murrell's Inlet.

We really enjoyed our stay at Porch in Pawleys Island. So nice to have the ocean at the front door and the creek with a floating dock at the back door. House was very accommodating. Only issue is if you are going to be doing a lot of cooking, as we were for Thanksgiving, the kitchen is really tight. Hard to have more than two at a time in it. Location is wonderful and TideLife Rentals are a great company to work with.

This was our second year staying at The Porch! It is an ideal location for a beach vacation. Access to the beach and beach views are awesome! The home was clean and well equipped. The new features were noted and as renters we appreciated the improvements. The new wall of windows with door facing the ocean is spectacular, and the two covered porches allow for some private times to enjoy the ocean breezes. A lovely place to spend some time and appreciate the shabby chic of Pawleys Island!

Spent a month at the Porch and could have spent the rest of my life! Amazing location with a sunrise in the front and a sunset in the back. Large island for family gatherings and games. Very comfortable feel with natural wood and decor. It is called the Porch for a reason... porches on both ends of the house are calling your name. Love the swinging day bed on the porch. Great for naps. Only thing to know is the bedrooms are not big. Large enough but don't bring lots of extra clothes and stuff.

If oceanfront is what you want The Porch is a perfect location. Shabby chic is Pawleys and that describes The Porch. It was comfortable and well appointed. The two inside bathrooms are set up to be shared by guests in two bedrooms. So sharing skills are required. Some outside upkeep is needed because especially one window frame is rotted out. The screened oceanfront porch is a lovely addition for both day and evening use. One of the lounges on the deck needed repair, but was a great addition. The management company answered every question we had and was responsive to our needs. We look forward to our return trip.

Tidelife happily addressed any small problems we had quickly. Unfortunately the sliding glass door needs to be replaced but that will take time to resolve. It’s a wonderful house!

Let me start off by saying we very much enjoyed our stay but I do want to bring up few things up that could make the stay even better. The home has pots and pans however it is definitely time to replace them. Many of the handles are questionable as to whether they may fall off or not and the pans are warped. The other concern we had were the beds. It was just my husband, myself and our 2 year old. We tried sleeping on every bed (even the bunk beds) and all the mattresses were lumpy and not at all comfortable. I think investing in great mattresses would make a huge difference. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful Christmas holiday there. The view is amazing, home is nicely decorated, porch bed swing is a plus and the porches are very inviting.

In regards to the mattresses - they are fairly new and have not been brought to our attention they were uncomfortable or needed replacing. We could not have had a better experience. Being right on the beach with the marsh in front was amazing. The house was very comfortable, though the shared bathrooms might be less acceptable for other than family groups. The two porches were perfect, whatever the weather, and the beach was great for walks. We found very good nearby restaurants and golf courses too-- loved our stay at Porch.

Smooth check in and out; very friendly staff. House in excellent condition- only had a porch light out and one ceiling fan issue that was promptly addressed. Not really a cooks kitchen but we did fine with what we had. Great to have the creek dock and crab pots!

The rental was for my daughter's wedding. We wanted a house so that the photographer would have a place to take pics of the bride and her bridesmaids. Porch was absolutely PERFECT!!! Suzanne at Tidelife Vacaton Rentals suggested this house for us and it was on point!!! We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay for the wedding festivities!!

Great house! close quarters, but perfect for family of 4. Loved the midcentury style of the house. Very comfy king bed and it was so nice to have rented towels that were plush and big enough. Not Luxurious, but very old school Pawleys, which we prefer!

Beachfront Rental
This was our first time at Pawley's Island. The house has a perfect location, with screened in porches overlooking the beach and the creek, both of which are beautiful and peaceful. It is a relaxing landscape to be sure. We were 6 adults and the house was accomodating, but I imagine it might feel tight if we were 10 people, especially with only 2 bathrooms and the washing machine and dryer are really small. The house is on the old side, even with some updates. The matresses were new, which was much appreciated. Tidelife made the whole process easy.
