PRIVATE POOL - WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY DURING SUMMER MONTHS - THREE NIGHT MINIMUM YEAR ROUND
Hawk's Nest Bay is nestled in North Litchfield less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Featuring five bedrooms and four bathrooms, this home is great for a family gathering or beach vacation. Bedding accommodations, Downstairs includes a king bedroom with a private bathroom, 2 bedrooms featuring a queen and single bed, these share a bathroom. Second floor features a queen and single bedroom and a bedroom with a double bed. Both of these bedrooms have a private bathroom. Cable TV is available in the living room, master bedroom and loft. Additional amenities include private swimming pool, wifi, a new central HVAC, Sonos sound system, tankless water heater, fire pit, coffee pot, keurig, washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, two outside showers with hot & cold water, screened in porch with new furniture and TV addeed in 2024, and a new gas grill.
NO HOUSE HOURS ARE FROM 10PM TO 8AM EVERY DAY.

What a fun and relaxing week we had at Hawks Nest Bay! Thank you for sharing your beach house with us! Great house for us and extended family. Beautiful pool and so wonderful that the beach is so close. We rented a golf cart which made the trip around the corner to the beach so nice. Nice quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

We had a wonderful two weeks at Hawksnest Bay! It’s really great to see the owners continuing to make big and little improvements in the house. The one recommendation I might make would be to replace the utensils in the kitchen: silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, grill utensils, etc. And one other thing would be a lightweight blower to be used around the pool area. We love sitting by the pool with all the trees, but we are sweeping all the debris away from the pool frequently. We love the location of the house, and look forward to returning every year! It’s like coming home! We also love working with Tidelife! Their response to any issue is amazing and fast! They are also extremely accommodating! !

First of all, let me say that the customer service from Tidelife is the best! They are prompt, and will do what needs to be done to fix an issue! We love the location of our house - a quiet little loop! The pool is wonderful - the grandkids love it! It was so nice to see that the owners are continuing to improve the house! This is the first time we’ve ever rented from Tidelife, and we’ve been coming here for 32 years! I have to tell you that it was a very rewarding experience. Your promptness in addressing some minor maintenance needs was very much appreciated! Clint was very professional and took care of everything! Even down to getting us a portable propane tank for the grill when there was a leak in the original hose! And when the owner came out on Sunday morning to clean out the pool after a big storm, we were blown away! What a nice man, and we told him he had certainly chosen a respectable, responsible rental company to represent him.
There are only a couple of things I would recommend: linens that fit the beds and pillows. The sheets were soft enough but they pulled off of the mattresses and the pillow cases were too short, too. New pillows for the king size bed on the first floor - they were flat as pancakes! And I know there are lights hanging around the rooms, but a few lamps would be a nice touch, and make it feel warmer! I know the owners haven’t owned the house for very long, and he told my husband they are planning on doing updates every year, (the bathroom in the downstairs hallway is wonderful, and the pool area is beautiful!), so we are really looking forward to seeing the newest updates next year!

Great family vacation, overall a very pleasant experience. The grandchildren really enjoyed the pool, location, short walk to the beach and sitting in the screened in front pouch let us enjoy the nighttime family discussions. One significant issues with the propane system that feeds both grill and hot water for all the house. The large tank (requiring a fulling service truck) ran out of gas just as we were preparing to grill dinner and take showers from the day at the beach. Cleaning supplies were also limited.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Hawksnest Bay in North Litchfield Beach. Nice, quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. We really enjoyed this spacious home and the kids especially loved the pool in the evenings. We also enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and dining together at the large dining table. There's plenty of space below the house for parking and storing all your beach gear -- also the showers, bathroom, and laundry on the ground level are really convenient. This is our second year at Hawksnest Bay and we'll be back!

This is a great family vacation getaway home. It was spacious, clean and plenty of space to gather for meals and games. Everyone could have their own space or be together. It's a short walk to the beach. If you prefer to stay at the house, the backyard is a fantastic with a pool, cornhole, outdoor seating and a great grill to cookout! The rental company, as well as the homeowners are extremely responsive to any issues. We hope to definitely stay here again!

We had 7 of us stay at Hawk’sNest Bay for our annual golf trip to Pawleys Island and this home was great. Great front porch, great yard and pool. Played several games of corn hole provided by the homeowners. Giant Weber grill cooked us lunch everyday. The living room was large enough to accommodate all of us when it came time to watch some hockey and the five bedrooms gave us all plenty of space. Only thing I’d recommend is a pool heater as the water was quite cold and the pool is in the shade from 3:00 PM on. This home was great find for us and affordable and I’m sure we’ll be back!

We loved this home and it was perfect for our family with 4 teenagers. The home is situated 2 blocks from the beach with multiple public access points to the ocean. The home has several places to congregate as a family, as well as, find quiet time separate from others. The backyard pool and patio area are well equipped for outdoor entertainment and relaxation. We enjoyed spending time inside the screened-in porch with the swing and rocking chairs as well. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes for cooking for a larger crowd. We would definitely recommend this home to rent for a larger family or several families vacationing together. Locally we found Hanser House and Quigley's Pint & Ale restuarants to offer excellent local food with curbside (or dine-in) options. It was quiet, but well situated to get to local attractions in Myrtle Beach. If you want to take a day trip to Charleston, it will take 1 hr 45 minutes each way.

Loved the large gas grill on the deck. The parking area under the house is great. Showers, laundry, and tables made it so convenient to cleanup and organize items. How impressed we were with this house. We were pleasantly surprised at its spaciousness and cleanliness. When we walked in it felt like home. The screened in front porch was a favougatjering spot for our family in the mornings and evenings. The pool was so beautiful and peaceful. If I could change just one thing, it would be the addition of a rocker recliner for my husband to sleep in due to back problems but I know that is selfish. Thank you for an outstanding week.

Beautiful house fully equipped and spacious. Lovely pool nestled in a beautifully landscaped yard. Kitchen is fully equipped, gas grill is wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed the parking area under the house with the outdoor showers, laundry room, and tables. This was very convenient after spending a day on the beach. An easy and relaxing few minute walk to the beach. Rooms are spread apart and comfortable, especially the master bedroom. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend and will rent this again. Tidelife is also a great company to work with.
