Annie's Dream

Favorable overall, we have stayed at the Sullivan/ Annie's Dream probably fifteen to twenty times over the years. One complaint, while retrieving a child's toy from under a seat cushion, found an accumulation of food crumbs and debris.Looking under sofa, found two food wrappers and dust.

Our stay was wonderful. There were enough beds for our family of 11. I loved all the different entertaining areas; the front porch, the back porch, the living room, and the dock. The beach house was clean. The location on the marsh was good. The walk to the beach was only 5 minutes. The property management company was able to give me the name of a place to rent pack and plays for the babies. We had everything we needed.

We had an amazing family vacation! We can not wait to come back again. The kitchen was perfectly stocked, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of places to sit and watch the tide go in and out or curl up with a book or play a game with the family. The dock was perfect for fishing and evening cocktails.

If you are looking for a place that has a fantastic dock, best screen in porch, lots and lots of room, an extremely well stocked kitchen then look no further! Annie Dream is one of the best rentals homes on the coast! My grandkids loved fishing and crabbing from the dock and everyone enjoyed riding in the boat at high tide!!

Annie's Dream is just that! A fantastic location with excellent creek views and a wonderful dock to hang out and swim from. A short walk to the beach access. Great outdoor showers when wanting to freshen up from the beach. Huge amount of parking available. Great room area was massive with super comfortable sofas and seating. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with all supplies needed. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were well decorated and set up. The back screened porch was the place to be in the mornings and evenings looking out over the creek and marsh. I highly recommend booking and will stay here again!

We have stayed at "the Sullivan", now Annie's dream many times over the years
, and it continues to be one of our favorite houses on Pawleys. Although it still needs a little TLC, I was pleased with the renovations already done. I filled out the request in the packet for the same week next year and look forward to hearing from you. Only negative was the number of roaches and spiders.

Annie’s Dream was a great home for our family vacation. We loved fishing from the dock and sitting on the back porch! The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was a fabulous size with everything you needed for preparing meals. The living area was also a great area, but some of the furniture has seen better days.

The house is much bigger than it looks online. The bedrooms are all good sized and the great room with kitchen is huge with 2 separate couch arrangements. The view of the creek is gorgeous and the new boardwalk and dock were great. Bring bugspray. The mosquitoes will carry you off.
Great assortment of utensils, especially big pots for a boil for a large group. Beds were super comfortable and the bedding new and Naidoo. Only complaint is the torn linoleum in the bathroom. Unsightly, but could be easily covered up with a small cabinet.

We so enjoyed the location of Annie's Dream. We had never vacationed on the creek and it was so much fun. Our grandchildren loved the new dock and playing in the creek. And the beach was just a short walk away. The house was the perfect size for our family of 10. Beds were comfortable and the family room was very spacious. We liked the large dining table that we could all sit around. We really enjoyed the screened in porch overlooking the creek. The house had some nice updates but needs additional attention including new appliances and master bath.

Two couples - we enjoyed our brief stay at Annie's Dream. The property is near the end of the street so there is little traffic. Beautiful views over the marsh and river - screened porch was very popular. The house itself is interesting - appears to be a duplex that was converted into a single family. Some changes are still in progress - but not disruptive. Two king suites with adjoining baths are hard to find and was the main reasons we chose this property. There are two additional bedrooms and with double bed and bunks. Living space is large and comfortable. Lots of kitchen equipment - additional small drink fridge a plus. TV was really big - but incredibly difficult to navigate. Instructions would be helpful. All in all - a very pleasant stay.

This was our 2nd time staying at Annie's Dream and once again it did not disappoint. We loved that we had our own private dock where we could tie our boat up and leave it in the water. The weather was great and the house and kitchen were well stocked to accommodate our needs. Tidelife is a great company to work with!!

We really enjoyed our stay Annie's Dream. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. So nice to be able to tie our boat up at the dock. The driveway and under the house is a little tight to back the boat through, but we got it done. The boat ramp at the house we didn't think was accessible, but there is a public ramp very close. We could tell that a lot of improvements to the house are under way. Enjoyed the screened porch and the covered dock by the water.

Stayed at Annie’s dream and had the best experience ever. When picking up the keys I was welcomed by the staff. The house was clean and well organized, even had labels on the drawers and cabinets. The location was awesome even the neighbors were nice and polite. Spent most of the time outside but the inside was nice and cozy. I use to use Litchfield but was never treated the way Tidelife treated me. I will definitely be back!!!
