Our experience was superb. We used it at Christmas time to get the family together and was well satisfied with the results.

The property at 49102 Avion Forest was the perfect place for my family to get together for a week of vacation. The location being so close to the beach and all the amenities made it an ideal vacation spot.

Unit was clean, quiet area. The 4 king beds was a plus! Plus my son left his wedding ring in the dresser, it was found and they returned it to us!

We had 3 couples traveling together to the area for a wedding and wanted a space to gather together rather than at a hotel. This location and facility were perfect for our time together.

Pros: Property is spacious and worked well for our family group of 8 adults and an infant. Close parking, single level, ground entry worked well for elderly mother with restricted mobility. Community pool is conveniently located just across the street and short easy drive to beach. The property is close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Rental includes a pass to Litchfield By The Sea, a private beach resort community with a larger pool, and private beach access.
Cons: Owner needs to upgrade the worn bedding and mattresses.

This unit is one of our most favorites that we have ever stayed In. This was our second stay in this unit. Beautiful,clean, well stocked with everything you need. We are a family of four and we love the space and size of the unit. It is well managed, up to date and a wonderful place to vacation. We will definitely be back and will request this unit each time!!

Beautiful home in a great location. Easy access to beach. The kitchen utensils are old and need to be replaced. The recliner sofa opens with a slight touch (needs replacement). Showers need to be checked for pressure. Publix, fresh market, walmart, bi-lo are very close by. Awesome restaurants on the main road.

The place was perfect for an extended weekend getaway for our family. The rooms and living area was very spacious with a fully stocked kitchen which is key as we like to cook in. The unit is close to many beaches - suggest going outside Litchfield resort to avoid the crowds - and centrally located to stores and other amenities. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to COVID-19 which is understandable. The description should be updated to reflect this or implement an appointment only system to keep the occupancy down. An outdoor area to rinse off from the beach would also be great.

All in all the rental experience was very good, However the general condition of the property is old and tired looking. Painting is chipping in the shower, beds were not that confortable, the patio had mold and mildew on it. Needs alot of refreshing and updating

The PM company took amazing care of us on a last minute booking and put us in this beautiful unit. We were really thankful for the place and had a nice vacation.

The condo was wonderful and so was the location. Plenty of restaurants near by and the beach was only 1.5 miles away. We rented it for the month of March and the first two weeks were great. Then COVID-19 changed all that. The beach and some of the golf courses remained open so that helped some but just about everything else closed. We hope to return to the area again and if we do we will try to stay at Avain Forest.

The folks at Tidelife were incredible during a tough week with Hurricane Dorian approaching. Can't thank them enough for all the things they did to help us. Highly recommend them an will return. The unit was perfectly located, had everything we needed and more.

My wife and I, along with our four daughters, son-in-law and father-in-law stayed in our four bedroom condo. There was plenty of rooms (and showers) for everyone. We had a big kitchen, family room and a screened in porch. It was quiet and relaxing.

Unit was clean and quiet. Second time there and proximity to beach is awesome. Could use some paint touch up (near fridge and front door) but other than that, was great. Excellent assistance from the Tidelife office crew. Now if they only could have controlled the weather...

Had a great weekend at this unit--Emma at Tidelife was so helpful with everything, we can't wait to come back!

Perfect for us!!

Love that this unit was a first floor unit and our three families didn’t have to lug groceries and belongings up steps. Unit was spacious and had everything we needed. So grateful that this was a pet friendly unit, as all three families had a dog that we couldn’t leave behind.

Rental agency was easy to work with. Location is great and unit is in the beginning of development. Plenty of parking. Little changes could make the unit perfect. Replace torn shower liners. Check tubs for slow drains. Have extra pillows and blankets in closets. Have a starter stock of trash bags, hand soaps and dish soap and more than one kitchen towel.

enjoyed our stay in this condo the only thing that needs to be updated is 2 of the TV's in two of the bedrooms they are very old can barely see the screen other than that everything was wonderful

Beautiful location, big and spacious, modern and clean. TideLife was great to deal with! There were no problems with passes or access. And the dog loved it! We'll definitely use them again.

Liked the overall property and retail in the area. Our unit was one of the better units we rented and our friends rented in area. We had large wedding party in the area so many comparisons. Only complaints the shower rod was rusted, water didn't drain in sink and shower so always standing in water when showering and beds were not up to standard.

As usual Suzzane and her staff set us up with a very comfortable vacation home ! The place was spacious and very clean, Quite area quality place to stay !

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo was spacious and well stocked with kitchen supplies. The area outside was quiet and tranquil.

The home was exactly as described in the listing and perfect for our large family reunion. The house had everything we needed including some extra supplies in the kitchen. However, we were not properly instructed on the correct pool to use and were yelled at by the neighbor. There was also no guidance on where to take full trash bags so we had to keep it inside for the duration of the stay. No recycling available on the premises so we carried that out when we left. Beach towels would have been nice to have as well.

Very Nice, comfortable and spacious condo for our sons weekend wedding festivities. Location was perfect for all of our events. Appreciated that we could rent by the day instead of the week. It suited us perfectly!
