Check out this wonderful unit in Heron Marsh. Featuring all new updates throughout with plenty of space for a couple or family. This beautiful villa features a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, keurig, coffee pot, mixer, blender and plenty of utensils. Washer and dryer, 2 full bathrooms with hair dryers, iron and ironing board, Cable TVS in both the living room and bedrooms, a wide deck, wifi, and more. The master king bedroom with a bathroom is located on the first floor and upstairs is the second bedroom with 2 queen beds.
No smoking and No pets.
No motorcycles, RVs, Campers, Buses, or motorized skateboards are allowed in the LBTS community.
Nightly rentals available year round.
Monthly rentals available in the shoulder season.

Good location just across the street from beach access. Unit was clean and had a nice patio as well as under house area for storing beach gear, etc.

We had a great time at Heron Marsh 56. Unit was super clean! It was even nicer in person than in the pictures. Renting with TideLife was very easy and we will definitely do it again. Having access to the community pool was great and the beach access was very convenient.

My wife and I have been coming to Litchfield/Pawleys Island area for about 25 years. Until 2021 we rented from another company. Their facilities became not well maintained and actually quite dirty over the last 4 years. We found TideLife summer of 2020 when we had had enough of the mismanagement and untidiness of the previous facility. The place we rented in 2021 through TideLife is SO CLEAN AND NICE! TideLife staff are super to work with. We naturally rented through them again this year and plan to rent twice next year. You honestly can’t go wrong using TideLife Rental!

My family and I have been staying at LBTS for > 15 yrs and this is the first time we had a problem with Palmetto Bugs. Not just 1 or 2 bugs which are typical, this unit was not exterminated and we had a bad experience with roaches all over (bathroom sink, kitchen, tv room, bedrooms, etc.). This issue was very disappointing as the unit was beautiful and recently updated. After reporting this problem to the rental company, we waited 4-days for the exterminator to finally come and spray.

WOW! This vacation was the best in a very long time. Tidelife made renting through them easy and convenient. We have been to Litchfield about 25 times but where we were staying kept cutting corners; especially with cleaning. My husband has allergies and we left early the last two years.
With Tidelife they found the perfect place for us. It was extremely clean and maintained! We definitely didn't want to leave. Tidelife you have our business for a long time to come! A family owned business that cared about every part of our stay... we truly can not thank you enough! All these comments are very genuine, you will not regret working with them!

We celebrated our 37th wedding anniversary here and greatly enjoyed our stay. TideLife staff made our check in and stay a breeze. Our place was exceptionally clean and everything was in place. Very relaxing place and area.
There is nothing better than a visit to Pawleys Island and Litchfield by the Sea in October. The weather was glorious - beaches were uncrowded - easy to get restaurant reservations and a great time to visit. Tidelife Vacation and Rentals was great to work with and will return and use them again.
