Newly renovated and fully furnished 3BR/3 (Full) Bath condo in the True-Blue neighborhood. This second-floor unit boasts tons of natural light. Enjoy the outdoor seating on the screened porch that overlooks the 10th green of the True-Blue golf course.
The owners have made numerous improvements including a brand-new kitchen with new white shaker cabinets, new quartz countertops and stainless appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked and features a full size refrigerator, full size washer and dryer, stove and microwave. Also included is a Keurig coffee maker as well as a traditional coffee maker. You will find plenty to prepare most any meal with all brand new cookware, utencils, plates, drinkware and flatware/utencils, toaster etc. There is plenty of ice for your beverages with an ice maker in the LG refrigerator. There is also a new ninja blender, and crock pot.
All three bedrooms have brand new beds and new 50” smart TV’s with included cable and Samsung TV channels. The Master has a King bed, The second (Front BR) Master has a queen bed with ensuite bath and a sitting area. The middle bedroom has access to the third full bath with two twin beds. There are charging stations with outlets and USB ports to charge your devices for all bedrooms. There is high speed internet to enjoy your favorite streaming platforms, including wi-fi access throughout the unit.
Both Master Suite bathrooms feature renovated walk-in showers with built in seats and grab assist bars. The vanities have been renovated with neutral accents and new counters. The middle bathroom hosts a bathtub/shower combo. There are plenty of bed and bath linens supplied for your stay.
There is plenty of seating in the living room which features a brand new 65” TV with a queen pull out sleeper couch. The coffee table is on casters to easily move if the pull out is utilized.
The dining area can accommodate 6 at the dining room table. There is also a bar top which can be used to use for dining.
There are multiple pools for the entire complex and one just a few steps from the front door.
This unit is decorated with bright accents and furniture that is tasteful and functional.
Golfers, families, girls getaway weekends welcome! Super Snowbird location as well!

I recently stayed in a fantastic three-bedroom condo that I highly recommend. True Ten features updated appliances, furniture and amenities. This creates a bright, clean, welcoming atmosphere. Each bedroom is generously sized, perfect for families or groups of friends. The living area and porch are a great place to relax, with plenty of natural light enhancing the open feel of the space. The location is great! It's just a short drive to numerous shops, restaurants, historical landmarks and the beach. There are plenty of onsite activities too... so you don't have to leave. Enjoy TrueBlue, the pools and dining. Overall, this condo provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience and style. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
